In an effort to enhance character development of fourth-class (freshman) cadets at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), the Center for Character and Leadership Development (CCLD) implemented the VECTOR seminar during academic year 2002-2003 and the Mosaic Program during academic year 2011-2012.
