Tests were conducted in the meteorological wind-tunnel using 1:200 scale model to determine the distribution of gas concentration resulting from gaseous plumes released from four stacks associated with Maui Electric Company Power-Plant at Kahului Hawaii. The tests were conducted over a model power-plant including all significant structures in the vicinity.
